4. Information Sharing

- Agent-Buyer Connections: When a buyer inquires about a property, their contact details are shared with the listing agent (and vice versa).
- Payment Processors: Razorpay processes payments on our behalf under their own privacy policy.
- Cloud Services: We use Cloudinary for image hosting and Vercel for platform hosting.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), httpOnly JWT authentication cookies, and role-based access controls. Our database is hosted on secured servers with restricted access.
